Fighting Fit! is our martial fitness program for women
Fighting Fit is a fun and challenging fitness class that incorporates both martial arts techniques and strengthening and conditioning exercises. The goals of this class are to increase fitness, reduce stress, and increase self- confidence through a challenging full-body workout that engages the mind as well as the body. Students will work on kicks, punches, and blocks both in drills and on stationary targets. Learn proper punching and kicking techniques while getting fit!
