Master Adrian De Los Reyes

6TH DAN

Master De Los Reyes has been practicing Taekwondo for over 30 years. For many years he competed in Taekwondo at both the local and national level. He is a two-time silver medalist at the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Taekwondo Championship. He began training at the age of nine under Master Mark Giambi and then Master David McCloskey and has been teaching at Young Brothers Taekwondo for more than 30 years, first as a junior instructor and for the past 15 years as a master instructor.

A dedicated teacher, Master De Los Reyes keeps the classes challenging but still fun and interesting. Students are pushed to explore their physical and mental boundaries and move beyond them. He demands that students maintain the integrity of the dojang and that higher ranked students take a leadership roll in class by being a good example for the lower ranked students and assisting those students when asked. Master De Los Reyes has been principle master instructor since 2012 and has continued this roll since become owner of the school.

As the head coach and principal instructor of the school’s competition team, Master De Los Reyes is well versed in the methods of conditioning and training. He is highly knowledgeable in both styles of sparring: Point and Olympic. He is a Level One certified coach with USA Taekwondo and a certified coach with the AAU. The competition team, Team Legacy, is composed of children and adults who compete in tournaments throughout the year including the AAU National Taekwondo Championship held every summer.

Master Kristie Bradfird

4TH DAN

Master Bradford has been practicing Taekwondo for over 10 years. After receiving her black belt in 2008, Master Bradford began assisting the master instructors with classes. Since 2012 she has been the principle assistant instructor and business manager of the school and has continuted in these rolls since becoming owner of the school. In addition, she assists Master De Los Reyes with Team Legacy as both an assistant instructor/coach as well as the team manager. She competed at both the local and national levels for several years. She is a certified coach with both the AAU and USA Taekwondo.

During the day, Master Bradford can be found at Lone Star College – Tomball where she is an Assosiate Professor of Geology. She has over 10 years of teaching experinece at the college level. As a faculty excellence award-winning professor, Master Bradford is highly knowledgeable about modern teaching methods as well as student performance and sport psychology. She brings her knowlege of student success to the dojang. Her classes are informative and physically challenging. She often focuses on the fundamentals of taekwondo as without these, there is no foundation on which to build more complex knowledge and skills.

Master Trapnell started training when she was 5 years old and has been practicing Taekwondo for over 10 years under Master McCloskey and Master De Los Reyes. After receiving her black belt in 2008, Master Trapnell began assisting the master instructors with classes. Since 2009 she has been assistant instructor of the Young Brothers TKD School and has continued in this roll. In addition, she assists Master De Los Reyes with Team Legacy as both an assistant instructor/coach as well as the team member. She competed at both the local tournaments as well as AAU national levels in both point and Olympic sparring for several years.

2ND DAN

Instructor King started training when she was 11 years old and has been practicing Taekwondo for over 7 years under Master De Los Reyes. After receiving her black belt in 2008, Instructor King began assisting the master instructors with classes. Since 2016 she has been assistant instructor of the Young Brothers TKD School and has continued in this roll. In addition, she assists Master De Los Reyes with Team Legacy as both an assistant instructor/coach as well as the team member. She competed at both the local tournaments as well as AAU national levels in both point and Olympic sparring for several years.

Instructor Ramirez started training when she was 12 years old and has been practicing Taekwondo for over 4 years under Master McCloskey and Master De Los Reyes. After receiving her black belt in 2019, Instructor Ramirez began assisting the master instructors with classes. Since 2019 she has been assistant instructor of the Young Brothers TKD School and has continued in this roll. In addition, she assists Master De Los Reyes with Team Legacy as both an assistant instructor/coach as well as the team member. She competed at the local tournaments as well as Olympic sparring.
